Sylvotherapy - Forest Bathing
Restore. Reconnect. Renew.Find Peace, Balance, and Inspiration in Nature.
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a practice rooted in Japanese wellness traditions and backed by science.
Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in a transformative two-hour Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy/Bathing) experience—a slow, intentional journey through nature designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
In this guided session, we will disconnect from our devices and enter a state of presence, using mindfulness and meditation techniques to fully engage with the natural world. You do not need any experience with meditation to join—there is no “right” way to do this. Each person’s journey is unique, and you are invited to move at your own pace, allowing the forest to meet you exactly where you are.
Join Me in the Forest!
Our group will meet at a designated location at Pacific Spirit Park and you will be guided along a thoughtfully planned path. This is a safe, supportive space where you are free to experience your own journey—there is no pressure, no competition, and no need to “achieve” anything. Simply come as you are and allow nature to do the rest. Group size does not exceed 5.
